- Remove libtorch dependency and related features
- Switch to ndarray backend as default for CPU execution
- Update README to reflect new WGPU/Vulkan backend usage
- Simplify device selection to use only CPU backend
- Enable WGPU backend via feature flag for GPU acceleration
